Releasing their first single in 1977 and taking the world by storm for a mere 6 years, The Police have become an icon for the music industry.  Now, 30 years later they are again rocking the world.  With their latest 2 disc compilation release which includes a vintage poster (very cool),  and their first world tour in like forever. This website has everything you’d ever want to know about one of the greatest groups.  The jukebox only played a little bit of the song, but it was enough to remind me why I listened to them growing up.  Looking through their tracklist, astounded me.  I only had a 2 albums, and really had no idea they had so many songs. 

OMG, I forgot how beautiful they were then and now until I watched a couple of the videos on this site.  They had old concert footage and recent interviews.  Amazing!!!  I could kick myself.  There was a contest for the Bonnaroo Festival this year in Manchester, TN on June 14-17 and they were giving away tickets and an autographed item and I missed it.  GRRRRRR!!! But…….there’s a better contest……..
