I’m a sponge

So I spent the day at another restaurant with the best RA in the company.  I absorbed so much information today my head is swimming.  She showed me reports that I had no idea what they were or that I even had to look at them.  Surprise, thats my resposibility.  I learned alot but not enough.  So, I set up an appointment to go back next Thursday and try to absorb some more information.  Hopefully by then what I learned today will have stuck and I’ll have more room for more knowledge.
