Computers been hi-jacked again

Damn it the same program that hi-jacked my computer is back again. Grrrr. It’s for some stupid firewall/anti-virus/drive cleaner. My husband is looking into it and said the main set-up program is from a site setup.bestmanage.org and that it’s in the czech republic. Stupid people!! He also mentioned he did throughly reformat the computer and will totally wipe it this weekend.
